Privacy Policy
Effective 11 October 2026. How Seven Sigma handles your information when you visit this site or book a call with us.
Who we are
This policy covers sevensigmagroup.com, run by Seven Sigma Group LLC ("Seven Sigma", "we"). Seven Sigma decides how the information described here is used. For anything about your data, email admin@sevensigmagroup.com.
What we collect
When you book a call, our booking page on Calendly collects your name, your email address and any answers you choose to give, and passes them to us. The call is added to our Google calendar and held on Zoom. When you browse the site, we record which pages you view, which parts of a page you see, whether you press the button to book a call and whether a call is booked, along with your browser and device, the site or advert that brought you here, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. We also record replays of visits to see where the page is unclear; anything typed into a form is hidden from them.
How we use it
We use the details you give when booking to prepare for the call, to hold it, and to send you an estimate or a proposal if there is a fit. We use what we record about visits to improve the site and to see which pages and adverts bring people who book a call. We do not sell your information.
Analytics and advertising
PostHog records how visitors use the site. When we advertise, Meta, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and LinkedIn measure the visits and bookings that come from our adverts, so we can tell which adverts work. These services set cookies to recognise a returning browser. When you book a call, we send them your email address and name in hashed form, never in plain text, so they can match the booking to an advert.
Turning analytics off
Use "Turn off analytics" at the foot of any page. It stops PostHog, Meta, Google and LinkedIn in that browser, on this visit and on later ones, and we stop sending them details of your bookings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it the same way, with nothing for you to do. You can turn analytics back on in the same place.
Who receives your information
Vercel hosts the website. Calendly runs our booking page. Google holds our calendar and provides Google Analytics and Google Ads. Zoom hosts the call. PostHog provides site analytics. Meta and LinkedIn measure our advertising. Slack carries booking alerts to our team. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. Several of these services are based in the United States, so your information may be transferred to and processed there. We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking details and our correspondence for as long as we are talking about a project with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. Replays of visits are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to its use for analytics or advertising. Turning analytics off, or sending Global Privacy Control, opts you out of your information being shared for advertising. To make any request, email admin@sevensigmagroup.com and we will reply within one month.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to what we collect is limited to the people at Seven Sigma who need it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
